The best decision I made was to give LIFT Gym a go! Chris and Lisa are amazing Coaches that offer the right level of support and guidance to empower you in your workout. I got a full body scan and meal plan when I signed up which has given me a good holistic approach to my health and fitness. There's so much variety in the classes and the community is so lovely and welcoming! Loving it and feeling great!
I’ve been at the gym 3 weeks and loving every minute! Highly recommend ♥️ haven’t seen any weight loss but feeling heaps better about my body. The support is amazing ☺️
I just recently started back at lift after having a baby and I was a bit apprehensive about the change of ownership but Chris and Lisa have done an amazing job of improving but also keeping things familiar. I do find myself getting a bit frustrated with the trickier gym movements but Lisa is always there to offer words of encouragement or an alternative move. Glad I got back to it
