This gym, its coaches & all the girls here have changed my life in such a positive way! It is the most welcoming, friendly space full of nice girl energy and I made friends here from the beginning. I have been coming for 6 months and now my three weekly sessions are an absolute non negotiable, for the first time in my life I actually LOVE going to the gym. I leave here feeling full of energy, uplifted, totally motivated and most of all happy! If you are thinking of joining I urge to do it, you really will not regret it! Xx

The best gym I have ever been to! The gym girls and the trainors are all so lovely and supportive, couldn’t imagine training anywhere else ✨✨🫶🏻

Lift and glow is an absolutely incredible exclusively women’s gym - the classes, coaches, community are all super special and its members and their incredible results both physical and mental ate testament to this💗

Lift & Glow is the best gym I’ve been to, it has the best coaches and members.From the moment you join you are made to feel welcome and comfortable and all exercises can be adapted to your ability. The coaches always push you to get the most of your sessions and I never regret going or feel like its a chore going. Would definitely recommend!!

This gym is amazing. From the minute you walk in, all the girls are so welcoming, no judgement, no awkwardness, just pure good vibes. The trainers genuinely know their stuff, the support, the knowledge, the motivation… it’s unreal. If you want a gym where you actually feel part of something, where you’re pushed in the best way and leave feeling like a better version of yourself, this is the place. Couldn’t recommend it enough!
