I have been a member at Lift Fitness since it opened. All of the coaches and members are so inclusive and encouraging, making Lift Fitness more than about improving physically (which you most definitely will). The supportive culture makes you feel like you’re apart of this great community while pushing you to be stronger and healthier. You won’t regret joining!
Heidi and the rest of the coaches at Lift Fitness are constantly working hard to assist their members to strive for their goals. Whether the in class or online format, I am always excited to see what is next! As a person that had not been really “into” fitness before joining, I now look forward to each class because of Heidi’s fun and bubbly personality, her passion for fitness and most importantly to me her no judgment studio.
