I’ve been going to Lift Cycle Studio for over a year, and it’s become a must-do part of my routine. I ride 5–6 times a week, and it’s my favorite way to start the day. The classes have helped me reach my fitness goals and keep me motivated. The community here is amazing! The instructors and staff make you feel like family and always ensure everyone feels welcome, no matter your level. If you’re thinking about trying it, I highly recommend taking a class and seeing how fun it is for yourself!

Lift Cycle is such an amazing spin studio! The energy in every class is motivating and welcoming, no matter your fitness level. The instructors are encouraging, the playlists are amazing , and you leave every ride feeling stronger and accomplished. It’s more than just a workout—it’s a community that makes you excited to come back wanting more!

Life changing! Fabulous workout with full supportive instructors and members. Such a great place to meet new friends, work out and have a fun time. It’s like dancing on a bike in a nightclub! Love it!
