Coffee is good when they make it right. However, every time I come in my coffee comes out different despite ordering the same thing every time. Food is good, if you can get what you want. Typically not quick service, but not a huge deal to me because I never go in there in a rush. It’s just disappointing when you spend 18 bucks on two coffees and they don’t come out right. Love it when it’s good, but there is such a lack of consistency.

Terrible service. Went in on Sunday morning, they weren’t very busy but ended up waiting for over 40 minutes for an americano and a muffin. After I asked for a refund it took three of them to figure that out. Had to go to Starbucks instead. Not the lift I remember won’t be back.

Rude girl at register, tried to add my reward points and she cleared them. Charged me for sauce I didn't get and got a white chocolate mocha that tasted like chalk and a breakfast burrito that was nukked so long it was like rubber and still so hot after 20 minutes I couldn't touch it.

I’m local to Tahlequah and have come here before. It’s the Cherokee National Holiday this weekend and decided to grab a coffee and a muffin to sit and watch the parade. This is apparently what an Ice Carmel Macchiato looks like to them. Watered down straight coffee. The girl at the register was not friendly and while trying to type my phone number into the receipt screen to earn local points she cleared the screen. Absolutely disappointed.
