Best place to weather our first tornado warning while visiting OK. The girls were so friendly and helpful.

The coffee and atmosphere is nice BUT The service here sucks. I ordered a Hot Latte and a monte cristo sandwich they gave me an ice Latte and forgot about my food. When I went to check on it they said they were working on it and they’ll bring it out I waited for it and went back when I went to check again they said it’s not on my receipt basically waiting around for nothing so I just canceled the order.
So I was attempting to be a first time customer this morning. Only 1 person barely spoke to me. The girl in the store kept looking at me. Didn’t say a word. Mind you I had never been here before. And I will NEVER go back because of how rude the employee were. Maybe I wasn’t dressed right or it looked like I couldn’t pay for my coffee. When the girl finally acknowledged me she said she wasn’t sure if I was there for a pick up order or something. Well how about if you talk to potential customers and find out. Shame on you.
