I have been attending Lift since the end of May after 4 years of continuous and brutal treatment with a range of awful side effects. I was very satisfied with the session I had on 22 May '25. Everything was explained to me and I was gently taken through the program for the day.
Life Cancer Service has helped me navigate the fear and concerns following initial diagnosis of cancer. All of the staff have been so supportive and assisted my recovery. The exercise program not only helped physically but also helped psychologically. The structure of the program while undergoing chemotherapy was tailored to my needs, and the extended exercise class has helped me immeasurably Great staff fantastic facilities.
