All the staff are fabulous. The front desk staff are efficient & welcoming. The exercise medicine team are sooooo great. Always friendly & affirming. They listen to how I feel that day & look out for me on the medical front with obs taken before, during & after my session. They get amazing amounts of effort, sweat & energy out of me - I haven’t enjoyed exercise this much for a very long time. I have been attending Lift since the end of May after 4 years of continuous and brutal treatment with a range of awful side effects.
