It has only been around 4 or 5 weeks and I’m not only feeling better, I’m stronger, looking healthier, and capable of so much more each day. Disappointing. My concerns were not adequately taken into account which led to an adverse outcome in my case.
Since I have been attending lift ,my fitness and well-being have improved tenfold ,helping me cope with my illness, the doctors and physiotherapists are very caring, treating me with understanding of my needs , and gouiding me thru my excercising.
Lift cancer care staff are amazing, their support and encouragement during the exercise groups and assessments has meant a great deal to me.
