Since I have been attending lift ,my fitness and well-being have improved tenfold ,helping me cope with my illness, the doctors and physiotherapists are very caring, treating me with understanding of my needs , and gouiding me thru my excercising.
Lift cancer care staff are amazing, their support and encouragement during the exercise groups and assessments has meant a great deal to me.
All the staff are fabulous. The front desk staff are efficient & welcoming. The exercise medicine team are sooooo great. Always friendly & affirming. They listen to how I feel that day & look out for me on the medical front with obs taken before, during & after my session. They get amazing amounts of effort, sweat & energy out of me - I haven’t enjoyed exercise this much for a very long time.
