The workers were very professional and kind. Listened to my concerns and needs. They were on time, cleaned up the work site everyday. The workmanship was outstanding. They reinforced my deck and made it a safer place to use. I would call them all again for work around my house if need. They made comfortable enough that I went out shopping while they were at my house alone. Thanks to Johnnie, Carlos and Morgan.
This company charged so much for the job. I ordered a replacement battery but they added a maintenance service which I approved , thinking it would need it . But then the technician wasn't aware so he did only the battery replacement. I told him about the maintenance but there was a communication gap and I have an appt. to go to so I didn't bother to pushed the issue. The company should have explained the job needed to be done before going to the customer especially if the technician has a language barrier.

The LTS technicians are very diligent and get the job done very quickly. The office staff are also very helpful and were super kind over the phone when answering my questions.
