I have been going to this gym since the beginning of March. This is an awesome place to work out. I always walk away from workouts that have increased my health and feeling good. The coaches are awesome and have helped me lift with better form. Their culture is one where everyone encourages each other.
I joined crossfit LT in 2018. That year I had made a New Year's resolution to find a way to exercise that I liked and would stick with. I had tried crossfit previously, but never committed. However, I was the unhealthiest and unhappiest I had ever been and I needed a change.
