Grace and her team of instructors are an amazing group! The studio is beautifully maintained and they provide everything you need- mats, towels etc. They also carry really cute workout wear that you can’t find anywhere else in Florence! They have classes at all times of the day which is great because being a busy small business owner I need EARLY morning classes! Give this place a try, even if you have never done barre or yoga befor they will make sure your form is right and make you feel right at home!
I love going to any class offered at Lift and highly recommend to my friends and family. The classes are both challenging and fun and so much exercise is packed into just one class!
I found Lift Barre studio about a year and a half ago and it has changed my workout life! I love the mix of classes offered, especially Grace’s special Lift & Sweat class that truly lives up to its title!! All of the instructors at Lift are incredible and it feels like going to class with your best girlfriends! I highly highly recommend giving this place a try! You will love it!
I had never done a barre class before and debated going for a long time, but I'm so glad I finally did! The staff makes newcomers feel very welcome. I received enough individualized attention to learn the proper form and became confident in my ability very quickly. I also feel like they offer enough class times and packages to accommodate even the busiest of schedules. I highly recommend LIFT to people of any age or body type!
Absolutely love LIFT and all the fabulous instructors!!! I’ve never been able to get in as good of shape with any other programs. Everyone is so encouraging from the instructors to fellow clients. LIFT has classes for anyone of any fitness level and age ☺️
