I popped in for a Saturday class while visiting family. This gym is amazing! Great programming, super clean, organized, lots of equipment and great coaching. I’ll definitely return next time I am in Clarksville!
This is the best gym ever! I’ve been here for almost 3 years and I have become way stronger and happier thanks to this gym! Coach Ron is very kind and motivating and gym is very clean and most of the equipments are always available to use without waiting. Most of all, I love the community of great people with good energy and bright spirit!

L.I.F.F.E. has been my gym since fall 2019. During that time there have been a lot of changes within the gym. First covid, then a fire, and then a couple of temporary locations. Finally, a state of the art new facility with all that anyone would need to stay fit. With all that, the trainer Ron, has remained consistent in his message.
