Ron Hall is the owner of L.I.F.F.E. and the trainer we used to help bridge the gap between football season and summer football workouts for our 14-year-old son. Coach Ron is experienced and knowledgeable both as a trainer and athlete. He is incredibly positive and motivated our son throughout the process. I highly recommend Coach Ron and his gym, L.I.F.F.E., for anyone looking for training or a gym!
I want to give a big shoutout to Ron Hall and the great work he does at L.I.F.F.E Fitness Center. My daughter recently completed a 9-month exercise program with Ron as she worked to recover from ACL surgery. Her rehab-focused workouts were customized by Ron, and he always paid close attention to form, mobility, and proper technique every step of the way. I popped in for a Saturday class while visiting family. This gym is amazing! Great programming, super clean, organized, lots of equipment and great coaching. I’ll definitely return next time I am in Clarksville!
This is the best gym ever! I’ve been here for almost 3 years and I have become way stronger and happier thanks to this gym! Coach Ron is very kind and motivating and gym is very clean and most of the equipments are always available to use without waiting. Most of all, I love the community of great people with good energy and bright spirit!
