Set up my first appointment there's no receptionist there's no people working there it is a rented out office space in which people can meet up with therapist and counselors mine didn't even bother showing up no communication no nothing when I called them to see what was going on the lady on the other end basically had no way to contact the person and all they could offer me was rescheduling not a great way to start a new relationship with somebody who's trying to better their mental health I recommend looking somewhere else... read more
Over the past few years, I’ve worked with several counselors, and I can genuinely say that John Coaxum is one of the best. I highly recommend him if you're looking for a therapist who is humble, wise, and authentically caring. We've only met twice to date, but I have left both sessions feeling like he treated our time together as something sacred—he created space for me to be myself while gently guiding me toward growth. Said I needed medication management for my minor child and they signed me up with a therapist instead, then they charged me $99 for cancellation when I told them they set me up with the wrong person, do not go here, they are unorganized and will take advantage of you in your time of need
Do not seek their services! They are committing insurance fraud. They are billing AND getting paid from my insurance company and billing and getting paid from me, It has been 6 weeks and no reply from their billing department to help fix this. They lied and said I did not meet my deductible and charged me full price and I paid, to find out I did meet my deductible and they got paid from my insurance and me.
