The best yoga place – I was entroduced to this yoga place by a good friend of mine in April of this year (2011), I was very stiff and not flexible at all, I was reluctant in the beginning, but now I am very happy that I joined this class for several reasons. 1st Claude and Martha are wonderful, very professional, expirenced and friendly. 2nd: For my age (64) I feel great, my ackes are getting better and I lost 15 pounds since I joined. 3rd when I first started I could not a lot of poses, Now, I can do a head stand. i love everything about this place – i have gone to claude & martha for YEARS! i really love everything about classes here. claude is like god, i swear! his words are so inspirational & his expierience instructing is exceptional. i have a hard time taking class anywhere else because i'm so spoiled here. i live in tampa & cant find anything else like it. martha is so wonderful too! the price is so reasonable & the classes are long. all ages & levels are comfortable. it's worth every penny. this place is benificial for mind, b... read more
