Most disappointing.
Repairman very prompt and thorough.
The sales person Patrece told me that the stairlift was available in stock. I paid $1000 and then I get a call from some customer support few days later saying the equipment is out of stock and lead time is 4 weeks. Absolute bullshit. If you do not have it just say in advance the lead time and do not waste people's time.
Very polite and efficient.
