Perfect job. Realigned a bent piece that fixed the problem. Clear explanation.
We scheduled a maintenance and battery replacement for our stair lift. The team at the office returned messages promptly. Explained everything before scheduling the appointment, gave me a clear estimate. Technician showed up on time. Very detailed and thorough, and explained everything that he completed at the end of the session. The charges were exactly as they quoted me on the phone.
The product is a piece of crap. It has been broken more than working. They keep trying to piecemeal it into working order, but fail. I have asked numerous times to either remove the chairlift or at least replace it. Their response is we can't do that!
The technician was very helpful in servicing the stairlift and explaining its function.
Perfect service as always. From the Mgmt to the techs, Can't say enough good things about them.
