Right from the onset, service has been excellent, from the phone consultation to the home inspection and installation of the lift. This company understands the importance of customer service. Recommend you contact them for your mobility and safety needs.
I had a infant mortality with my new stairlift. They came out within1 workday and fixed it no questions asked. The tech could not fix the problem and told me they needed a part from the manufacturer. Bummer I am out a chair for an unknown amount of time... Bummer, I am not a happy camper
