Jonathan Butler and Manny Gonzalez were fantastic. They were both very knowledgeable about their product and gave very good instructions on how to use and care for it. Would recommend them to anyone
Manny, who had done the installation, performed a one year evaluation. He carefully retorqued all the fasteners, lowered the seat for us, checked the batteries, and patiently explained some things we had questions about. We are very happy with the way the evaluation was conducted.
Fast install. Installer helpful in explaining functions and maintenance.
If I could do more than 5 Stars I would. The sales process was easy pie. Jonathan made it great. It was easy to know what I needed. There was no extra hidden fees . On the install Manny and Bob were fantastic. They worked extra hard to make sure my chair was installed correctly. Even having to fight with the manufacturer a little bit. Everything was tip top. I couldn't have asked for better. They may also have rescued 50 cats out of a burning tree ;-)
We had such a lovely experience with Lifeway Mobility! When we needed a ramp for our daughter’s new wheelchair, we had lots of questions about what would be the best fit for our home. Jonathan came to our house to measure and discuss all of the options for locations off the front porch. When we changed our mind about something, he graciously came back a second time and helped us figure out how to adjust the plan to include a platform so it could turn and run parallel to the side of the house.
