Our original installation date was canceled due to a truck breakdown. They wanted to move our installation out another three weeks but after talking with Amanda, and explaining that we were disappointed with the new date. Amanda worked with the Columbus office to have our Stair Lift installed on January 2nd. The installers, Manny Gonzalez and Martir Bonilla, were very professional and did a great job on the installation and demonstration on the operation of the stair lift.
Manny did an awesome job uninstalling my leased chair lift in my apartment. It was a lifesaver having the chair lift for my mother. She wouldn’t have been able to live with me if we didn’t have the chair lift. The uninstall was quick, clean, and no damage left on the stairs.
