Martir the Lifeway tech was very knowledgeable and repaired my lift quickly. Showed me the bad bearings and commented they would return to replace the track due to the damage caused by the bad bearing.
Jonathan Butler from Lifeway Mobility went above and beyond explaining the process and our options. Even though we didn't purchase a ramp from Lifeway, Jonathan still worked on giving us options. I really appreciate his due diligence in making sure we the customer was satisfied. Kudos to Jonathan Butler!
