My wife and I are extremely happy with our experience purchasing a Stair Lift from Lifeway Mobility. The people we spoke with over the phone were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Steve, the person who came to our home to provide a free estimate was wonderful. Very fast service from phone inquiry to installation…just 2 weeks! Friendly people and an excellent install for 2 sets of stairs in about 3 hours! My life is much safer and I now have much easier access to all of my condo. I love them!
Lifeway is a compromise chair lift. I am sorry I did not go with Stannah instead. Stannah is a fully automatic chairlift. However the installers were excellent and patient teachers. Louis and Brian are 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️
We have now been using our new chair lift successfully for a week. Thank you Luis and Brian who installed it - you were efficient and professional. You were also kind and understanding when giving instructions and showing us how to use it. We have had no difficulties and do appreciate the safety this provides.
