Lifeway Mobility installed a brand new "Harmar Up" lift in our home on Dec 2. Despite being brand new, it needed a series of service appointments and parts repair until it was finally workable on January 19th. That's 7 weeks. When it initially didn't work I reached out to Lifeway. I reached out 6 times over two weeks before receiving a response from the branch manager. We rented a stairlift while I was recovering from surgery. The product was good, staff were friendly and responsive. Unfortunately, the installer miscalculated and the lift ended up damaging our slate floor which will need repairing. Hopefully they will cover the cost of this. Otherwise, everything was good.
I bought a used stair lift. Great salesperson, no pressure. Installer was also great.
