Needed a handicap ramp installed quickly as my husband was coming home soon from a rehabilitation facility after a hospital stay and could no longer do the stairs. I phoned Lifeway Mobility and a sales rep, Neil, came out within a couple of days to discuss and measure for what would be needed. I found Lifeway from a simple google search. Right from the start, they were so professional and responsive. Within a couple of days, we had our in home consultation with Steve! He was so thorough, helpful and knowledgeable! This was such a great experience. Heather was the person who set everything up and she was so great also! I loved that she sent me a text before she called so I knew who it was. I was also better able to coordinate that initial phone call since I knew who would be calling. Very convenient!
