I had a fantastic experience with Lifeway Mobility. The installation process was straightforward and took far less time than anticipated! Brian and Jesse were professional, communicative, and went out of their way to make sure I understood what to expect from the installation. They also gave me an in-depth tutorial on how to use the stairlift and its safety features, which they made fun and engaging. These small things make such a difference - thank you, Brian and Jesse!
Service tech was on time, made the necessary ramp adjustment efficiently and was pleasant & courteous.
The service man Harrison was on time, fixed our issue quickly and also went above and beyond giving us pointers on maintenance and protecting our investment. Harrison was very personable and professional.
Bryant was very efficient friendly add to this job nice and peaceful
