My call was transferred 3 times. and every time i got to speak to someone it felt like it i was disturbing them for asking questions coz maybe they are having a busy day. One lady even asked me who transferred my call to her, and said that the other person would have already answered my questions (which i think was customer care). May also be because of my accent. But regardless, i needed assistance and in need of more information coz i have not done this before.
Installation technician’s Shane and Taylor were on time and professional. Chair lift was installed and operational in a matter of no time. All details about unit were explained and tested. Lifeway Mobility did a superb job, this includes the office administrator’s, salesman and install technician’s. Thank-You all for a job well done.
Drew was a very professional installer for my Dad’s chairlift in Gloucester City, NJ. Highly recommend lifewaymobility.
Our entire experience has been positive. From the initial call, the first home appointment and measure, to the installation. All fantastic people. Shane Pye installed and demonstrated how to use the chair lift as well as taking his time to explain everything to us.
