I kept on putting off calling someone to get a ramp installed. I just had a lot of anxiety about it. From making the appointment and up to the installation it was a good experience. We had an Elan SRE-3050 stair lift installed today by Technician Drew Rapp and the whole process went flawlessly and the unit looks and operates perfectly. From no pressure sales with Neil Edwards, who was personable and knowledgeable, to installation by Drew the whole process was stress free.
