My technician, Brandon Gray, did an excellent and efficient job at repairing my stairlift. He was punctual and communicative. He explained everything I needed to know and answered all my questions!
The repairman, Derrick Evans, called, arrived on time, checked my complaint, diagnosed the problem, got the parts from his truck, installed them, reassembled the chair and I was good to go, all in one hour and 15 minutes. Great job!
Due to their initial error in measuring it took eight weeks to complete installation
Derrick was friendly and very professional. The install went quickly, he cleaned up afterwards and took time to answer my concerns and questions.
Paul and CJ were outstanding. Assisted us with an ADA compliancy project in Baltimore and were extremely patient as we had to navigate numerous hurdles with the Landlord and City. The new install looks great and I hope to get the chance to work with them again in the future.
