I just wanted to let you know that I enjoyed my experience with LifeWay mobility from the beginning with Richard Simmons when I asked questions he explained things to me where I could understand it and when it came to putting the equipment in I have high praises for Robert James because he was professional he did everything he was supposed to do and I would recommend the company again to anybody
Robert James was the installer, he arrived on time as promised. He installed the lift without any issues, explain the operation of the lift, provided his contact information, registration information, user manual and installation manual. Robert was responsive to all of the questions and provided information on the warranty as well.
Brandon, our technician was helpful, polite and efficient. He answered all of our questions and made sure we understood. He was very helpful explaining all of the safety features. Wonderful service
