Installer friendly and professional
After reviewing other companies for a stair lift for our mom , it was clear who I’d want to be in business with. I have no regrets . Armondo came out to explain my options and was never pushy to gain the sale. Patrick was our installer. Both were polite and efficient in their work. The chair is comfortable and feels safe. It works great!!
The repair made on my stair lift was excellent. He came out a day earlier than I expected, and he explained all that he was doing. He was very friendly and very professional. He fixed everything that needed to be fixed and he did it for a lot less than I had thought it would cost. I would give him five stars.
Paul was running late, called to let us know he be there in 20 minutes. Installation was completed in about 3 hours. Paul went through the operation of the stair lift and explained everything thoroughly. Paul's customer service skills wereover the top!
