I am very happy with the stair lift I picked out, however when they are finished setting up the stair lift I found shards of metal all over my driveway, therefore I am not giving 5 stars for not cleaning it up and also for the salesman trying to be pushy about getting something different than what I wanted at the start, other than that I am satisfied. Hopefully, by me sharing this these things will improve. Thanks. I would recommend lifeway mobility overall.
Armando assessed and fixed the problem quickly. He had enough time to clean the unit for us. 5 stars.
Armando did an exceptional job explaining the equipment, installing and the chair is working wonderfully. I definitely refer him, his patience and professionalism was outstanding.
Armando explained in detail what was wrong with the item and what needed to be fixed. Very nice person. Armando did an awesome job and was very pleasant.
