Paul did an excellent job!! He was pleasant and helpful, and he’s who I’d want back if we ever have any more trouble with our chair lift. I highly recommend Lifeway Mobility and I’d pick Paul every time!
We got a chair and it has never really work right. Had the crew who is great and is the reson I have not contacted a lawyer so far out 3 times to fix problem. Its the battery but he can prove it so now I have a chair that keeps all night unless you get it in the right position and of course that changes everyday. They have no weekend service and once again I'm stuck with a beeping chair all weekend. At the personal level they are great at corporate level they are horrible.
