Laura was great to work with in scheduling a stairlift repair. She was also upfront on the costs if someone came to my house. Zach came out sooner than I expected, which was great. I didn’t have to wait around all afternoon like it is with some businesses. Zach gave me options so I had a better idea on how much to fix based on costs. Really appreciated that.
