went to show room to try out stair lift. Helpful sales man gave us all the details. Installed stair lift yesterday, Very competent technician also gave us information on maintenance of stair lift. Dan was here today, July 28, to fix a blinking battery charger light that affected the charging of the unit. He did some extentensive trouble shooting before replacing the battery charger. It is working OK now. He was very thorough and patient as he worked through the alternative solutions.
