Installs if lifts went smoothly
The technician was awesome! My only reason not giving five stars is this part seemed really basic and it was too bad that I couldn't buy it straight from the manufacturer. The technician was here for maybe 15 minutes and the call was $305. If I could have ordered the part directly from the manufacturer I could have installed it.
Lifeway Mobility installed a lift that was custom made to fit our stairway. It had a couple of problems with the install, one was the length it was too long and the door would not shut so they had to shorten the last piece. Also the chair had an issue and a part needed to be ordered. Both issues were remedied within a week and the lift works perfectly.
