Excellent! Lifeway provided a free estimate and took the time to walk around my home to thoroughly evaluate and understand the work that needed to be completed. The cost was fair and they didn’t attempt to gouge me as many contractors do. They are honest, thorough and professional. I needed hardy board siding replaced and painted. I originally contacted Lifeway Construction to make some outside repairs on my fence and exterior trim on a limited budget, but after talking with Rosie and Alex on what I "wish" I could get repaired or updated before I sell my house, they were able to complete ALL my home repairs that included a new roof, the full interior being painted, multiple repairs on doors and walls, re-cementing fence posts to straighten the fence and fix gates and they found a contractor to replace the glass on all windows.
