I tried getting in contact with this program through email a few months back and received no reply back. Called through out the weekdays and seen the program is only open Saturday and Sunday 24-7. Finally got to call this program this weekend at 6am hoping to get someone to answer and give me more information about the program, since it's open 24-7 Saturday and Sunday. Great experience so far with Lifetough! We were on the waitlist for about a year and jumped at the opportunity to register. We’d tried other programs like karate and sports camps but nothing compares to Lifetough. The kids are actually being taught important lessons well beyond self-defense. And the weekly homework they receive helps make sure they’re always pushing themselves to be on their A-game throughout the week instead of only on Sundays.

Two years on the waiting list, and it was absolutely worth the wait! I would do it all over again—if not sooner. I've done many activities for the kids and this is, by far, the best mix of work and learning. They learn real life defense skills and burn energy. Its great.
