Great experience so far with Lifetough! We were on the waitlist for about a year and jumped at the opportunity to register. We’d tried other programs like karate and sports camps but nothing compares to Lifetough. The kids are actually being taught important lessons well beyond self-defense. And the weekly homework they receive helps make sure they’re always pushing themselves to be on their A-game throughout the week instead of only on Sundays.

Two years on the waiting list, and it was absolutely worth the wait! I would do it all over again—if not sooner. During the two years we waited to join, my daughter faced bullying multiple times across two public schools and one private school. Unfortunately, I didn’t find out until later. I've done many activities for the kids and this is, by far, the best mix of work and learning. They learn real life defense skills and burn energy. Its great.

We enrolled both our kiddos and love it. They have gained confidence as well as learning skills to carry throughout life. Its not just learning how to defend yourself, but teaching kids situational awareness. Highly recommended!!!!
