I enrolled my 9 yr old son for the Summer session, Justin enjoyed the lessons and showed great progress. Justin has been diagnosed with Selective Mustism (SM). This program has been a life saver, literally and physically for my 7 year old daughter. She has completed three sessions with LIfeTough and I have witness such a positive change in her behavior, attitude and self confidence since starting. This is not a class that focuses only on self defense and boxing. This program shapes the entire child. This class instills something far more valuable in its students - discipline, respect, and an unshakable mindset that extends well outside of the mat. I deeply appreciate the approach the instructors take. They're not just technically skilled; they’re educators, role models, and motivators. They demand focus and effort, but they also foster confidence and growth. The way they communicate expectations and push students to push past limits is what truly sets this program apart.

LTK is what EVERY kid needs to experience. Its tough, like life, but has made my daughters stand out from their peers. I CONSTANTLY get compliments from adults about my kids, how they carry themselves, shake hands, look u in the eye, and stand out from the rest. My daughters feel confident in situational awareness and how to protect themselves. This class is so much more than a boxing class. Its a life class that teaches kids what schools dont.
