Your website is really NOT user friendly. I have tried multiple times to order photo packages and change the background first, and it isn't working. And the customer service is NOT there. I had the same issues last year. I tried to order photos, even contacted customer service...they said they would get back to me a few times and NEVER did...so I never ordered photos. You are losing money with such a poor website and terrible customer help.
Terrible quality, lack of attention to detail and no editing on commencement photos. Very disappointing.
I have NEVER had a harder time navigating a site.....no direction, hard to find information, no easy (explained) way to go back and change something, had to play around for an hour before figuring out how to customize backgrounds, ETC!
This company has been TERRIBLE to work with. My daughter's school recently switched to Lifetouch for school portraits, and if I could give fewer than 1-star, I would. We had three different photos taken and each time the photos were terrible quality, glare in her glasses, did not capture her personality, and NO attention to detail whatsoever.
