I’m very disappointed and it will be the first and last time dealing with you my son school photo was not professional at all The photographer didn’t even bother to remove the hair from the child’s face and eyes, nor to fix his shirt. Did he really expect a four-year-old to tidy himself up? it’s very over priced for this services
The entire class photo is unfortunately very blurry — it's difficult to even recognize anyone. We're quite disappointed with the quality. Overprices too.
Photographers were absolutely amazing to work with! Very kind and uses clear communication while instructing the students how to pose. Phenomenal photos! Truly a great overall experience!!
Your website is really NOT user friendly. I have tried multiple times to order photo packages and change the background first, and it isn't working. And the customer service is NOT there. I had the same issues last year. I tried to order photos, even contacted customer service...they said they would get back to me a few times and NEVER did...so I never ordered photos. You are losing money with such a poor website and terrible customer help.
Terrible quality, lack of attention to detail and no editing on commencement photos. Very disappointing.
