I have NEVER had a harder time navigating a site.....no direction, hard to find information, no easy (explained) way to go back and change something, had to play around for an hour before figuring out how to customize backgrounds, ETC!
This company has been TERRIBLE to work with. My daughter's school recently switched to Lifetouch for school portraits, and if I could give fewer than 1-star, I would. We had three different photos taken and each time the photos were terrible quality, glare in her glasses, did not capture her personality, and NO attention to detail whatsoever. Their website is also NOT user friendly. Very confusing to navigate, and then I couldn't even access her most recent photo using the codes THEY provided. I always order school photos an... read more

Very confused as to why I called customer service for some photos I was looking for, And a guy answered the phone and was speaking in india 🤯. I told him what I needed he asked for my email and phone number ummmm sir idk why it asking me these questions can you plz pass me to someone that speaks my language? He didn't like my response and hung up on me . So not even a mini later he calls me back didn't answer but clocked his number.
If I can give a 0 I would. Absolutely worst company to deal with. They make it so difficult and inconvenient to order online. I like to see the pictures before ordering but by the time I can see them it’s too late to order and they tell me I have to wait for a code which never comes. Every year. And they won’t even let me call I have to use chat. Not to mention the super expensive pricing. For 8 prints I pay $20! I can order those prints for maybe $5 through snapfish or Shutterfly.
