Our family found the staff at Lifetimes to be kind and caring. There was a real attempt to meet our mom’s needs as they increased in the two years she was there. Although it is an “independent living residence”, Lifetimes extends their mandate beyond caring for only the most independent seniors. It was the right place for our mom to transition from living at home to living in long term care.
Lifetimes is lovely seniors' facility with a very caring and compassionate staff. Our mother lived there for just over 2 1/2 years and was well cared for in all aspects. As her health deteriorated the care increased but never waivered. All staff from PSWs, nurses, administration, kitchen and dining staff, to maintenance workers of all kinds were extremely helpful, respectful, and loving. My placement experience at this organisation was both rewarding and impactful. I had the oppourtunity to work with a team that can only be compared to none, plus the residents themselves were welcoming, kind and cooperative. This helped me tremendiously to grow in confidence and improved my communication skills.
