Lifetimes is lovely seniors' facility with a very caring and compassionate staff. Our mother lived there for just over 2 1/2 years and was well cared for in all aspects. As her health deteriorated the care increased but never waivered. All staff from PSWs, nurses, administration, kitchen and dining staff, to maintenance workers of all kinds were extremely helpful, respectful, and loving. My placement experience at this organisation was both rewarding and impactful. I had the oppourtunity to work with a team that can only be compared to none, plus the residents themselves were welcoming, kind and cooperative. Beau the male cook does not allow residents to have juice beverages during in dining meal times. The residents pay a great amount of money to be able to have juice beverages for meals. Do not understand why it upsets him when residents want juice beverages when the items do not come out of his cheque, besides he is not a server but it upsets him when you pour a glass of orange juice for a resident. As an independent personal care worker, I regularly visit my clients at Lifetimes, and I can honestly say it's a wonderful place. The staff are always attentive and genuinely caring towards their residents. I'd especially like to recognize Tanya from the dietary team.
