As usual with all of my reviews, I'm gonna give pros and cons. So Sid (the owner) was very organized and here's everything he did for me and my family. Intro\selection process: this was huge and kind of the beginning of this whole thing. I think we spoke to Sid 2 years before we got the windows done from him and he was very very patient with us.
