Great service. Jerry was our installer. You can tell he's been installing windows for years. His attention to detail is amazing. He installed a baywindow at our house and finished the box in aluminum. Everything looks super smooth, from the aluminum to the caulking. Single large pieces were used instead of stitching small pieces together. Quality job that's gonna last a lifetime.
We are super pleased with our entire experience! Sunny was so accommodating, helpful, patient and always quick responding from the sales team. We had 10 windows and front and patio doors installed by Jerry and Peter with exceptional attention to detail and great work. We felt completely taken care of and in good hands from start to finish, it was a pleasure meeting everyone.
I would like to thank Sid and his team for providing exceptional customer service. We hired Sid to replace our bay window that was leaking and he provided the options and assured me that I will not have any water leaks. Sure enough that was installed by Sid and Simon in May of 2019 and there has not been any water leaks and the bay window looks beautiful. Sid and has his team did a fantastic job. We replaced All Windows and doors replaced in our house. He provided regular status updates while the windows and doors were being built by vendors. I would recommend Sid and his team anytime. They do an incredible work of supporting the customers with phenomenal work
