The exterior door installers Kai and Iuri where prompt, respectful, and did the job well. They answered all our questions and cleaned up the area when they were finished.
We chose Lifetime after calling around to a few companies. They came when they said they would and were so kind and knowledgeable. The product and installation: Our windows and sliding door look excellent and more importantly work! Our new windows do an excellent job of maintaining cool or warm air in our house (which was not the case with our 34 year old windows). I feel that the product (Milgard) and installation (LWD) were both top notch. Customer Service: outstanding! Our first impression of LWD was with Tate Woodford (a sales consultant).
