Sarabjeet Singh, has been very helpful, informative and guide us in a very detailed way. Based on water test, he mentioned to us the quality of water we drink daily. Tq helping us with all the guidance.
WORST customer service. We installed a Rainsoft system and have never had issues with it. We had it serviced by the local Rainsoft dealer who unfortunately went out of business. We were given LWS’s number for our annual service calls. When I called to book they gave me a date and a time of “ between 3-7” so I made myself available and waited for the technician. At 7:30 I texted the contact number and said “ so I guess you aren't coming?” And the reply said no we will call and reschedule. After 5 days I get a new date. Again ... read more
I called Rainsoft asking for someone to come and do demonstration of their products. Rahim Bahadur was entrusted by the company to come to my place for demonstration Raheem, with almost 20 years experience with RainSoft was able to patiently answer all questions and concerns I had. I had my water system upgrade done from Lifetime Water Systems. The service was done by Harminder. He is extremely polite and proficient in his work. Was also able to offer great discounts on the upgrade. Also, Diego helped me with setup of my financing for the upgrade with 12 easy monthly payments 0%APR.
