I got Rain soft water treatment installed in my house by Raheem .He explained me each and every step and his team did a wonderful job installing the same. I really appreciate the patience and would recommend everyone who really cares about good quality water and health. Thank you so much once again and keep going team.
I’ve had a great experience with Lifetime Water System and the RainSoft unit. Installation was smooth, and the team was professional and helpful. The water is noticeably softer and cleaner, and I’ve seen less buildup on fixtures and dishes. Overall, it’s made a big difference in daily use. Highly recommend for anyone wanting better water at home!
Post my earlier complaint, the LWS team called back quickly and fixed the problems I reported, I can vouch for their customer support. This was more quick response, and am happy. My earlier feedback was more associated with the specific customer care agent's miscommunication.
I am absolutely shocked to discover that we have been misled. When we purchased this, the salesperson never explained that there would be any interest charges involved. We were clearly told that we would make monthly payments as a rental and that once the payments were complete, the item would be ours. We were specifically told there would be no additional fees or costs. At no point was a 3.99% interest rate on a 3-year contract ever disclosed to us. We only learned about this recently. I had such a pleasant visit from Alan who helped us with RainSoft water treatment package. The treated water feels so silky when washing hands and taking a shower, even without using soap. Drinking water tastes just like how water should be with no aftertaste of dish soap or chemicals. Alan provided us with lots of incentives and made us a happy customet.
