Dr. Uggen is the best and the staff is so helpful and kind! They did stop taking VSP (and they are justified in doing so from a business standpoint, I’m all for doctors charging what they are worth). I’m so happy I can keep visiting for my medically necessary eye exams.
Tried to set up eye exam via phone and email. I have left voice messages that received no response. Due to this lack of service, i would not recommend to anyone else.
We had the best experience at Lifetime Vision Source this week. The whole team was kind, knowledgeable, and patient with both me and my children. They have the latest testing equipment and don’t miss a thing.
May 10, 2025: Response to LVS: While I understand you want us, the customer, to acknowledge and make exceptions for your understaffing and assorted issues, it would be nice if you had the same consideration for your clients.
