I’m regretting choosing this place for care and glasses. I had a medical visit, obtained a prescription, paid 1/2 for new eyeglasses and when text received to pick up I went in a few days later. I was told to sit and wait for next availability. After 3 customers went through ahead of me I decided I had to return to work. I called to make an appointment so I would have a set time to pickup and pay balance. All I can say is listen to the rest of the reviews plus the god awful replies the business gives to the reviews. They are rude, charge you for services they didnt provide, and rush you out.
Dr. Uggen is the best and the staff is so helpful and kind! They did stop taking VSP (and they are justified in doing so from a business standpoint, I’m all for doctors charging what they are worth). I’m so happy I can keep visiting for my medically necessary eye exams.
Tried to set up eye exam via phone and email. I have left voice messages that received no response. Due to this lack of service, i would not recommend to anyone else.
We had the best experience at Lifetime Vision Source this week. The whole team was kind, knowledgeable, and patient with both me and my children. They have the latest testing equipment and don’t miss a thing.
