My biggest complaint is waiting. If you pick up your glasses and they're messed up, you can't make an appointment to have them fixed. You have to come in and wait for an opening. Never mind that your glasses are paid for. I came in with a family friend. They waited 20 minutes. We had to leave. We come back and are told patients come first. Uhm, HE is a patient!!! And this is a horrible way to do business. People have better things to do than wait for ages to get the glasses they paid for looked at. We can't leave them to be ... read more
I dont like the fact they try and give you extra exams you don't ask for.
IF I could give this business a negative 1000, I would. I had been going to Affordable Family Eyewear for a very long time. I had changed because I had heard a lot of verry good things about Lifetime Vision. Receptionists are awesome...The eye doctor himself, very professional and thorough. BUT, when it came to talking to Anthony, to pick out and get my new glasses, it became an instant and long term nightmare. Well I went there once and they even had me wear my reading glasses for part of the eye exam. Then the VA says they never got nothing from them. So I questioned Lifetime about it. They said they sent the information to the VA that says they never got nothing. Now the VA arrange another appointment with them and now they refused the referral. Because I questioned them about the VA saying they got nothing from them on the first appointment few years back. So I advise stay away from Lifetime vision they can't do their job corre... read more
