All the doctors at lifetime are great when it comes to taking metal out of your eyes. I have had to go in multiple times and always quick and way better then going to the ER

With her keen eye for style, honest feedback, and warm, friendly demeanor, she helped me find the perfect pair that I never would’ve picked on my own — and now I love them. She truly cares about making sure you feel confident and comfortable, and her professionalism and patience shine through every step of the way. I’m regretting choosing this place for care and glasses. I had a medical visit, obtained a prescription, paid 1/2 for new eyeglasses and when text received to pick up I went in a few days later. I was told to sit and wait for next availability. After 3 customers went through ahead of me I decided I had to return to work. I called to make an appointment so I would have a set time to pickup and pay balance. All I can say is listen to the rest of the reviews plus the god awful replies the business gives to the reviews. They are rude, charge you for services they didnt provide, and rush you out.
Dr. Uggen is the best and the staff is so helpful and kind! They did stop taking VSP (and they are justified in doing so from a business standpoint, I’m all for doctors charging what they are worth). I’m so happy I can keep visiting for my medically necessary eye exams.
