The first time i was here it wasnt too bad this time not so great my frames are supposed to be high quality the first ones had no issues till they broke i did the insurance claim they didnt fit the lenses very good i got new lenses and same problem ive been back 2 times to be told there fine but they still make noise ....for the money i paid i should have just went to walmart saved money and expect low quality very unhappy
Took mom in for eye check up and glasses she showed them what she had for insurance but hey didn't tell her till afterwards that they can't bill the insurance for frames then weeks later she gets bill for new patient that they didn't tell her about when she made the appointment , they have a very deceptive practice, was going to have them look at my eyes as well but will be going to Bismarck instead have to take her to another eye place becuse they didn't give a proper eye exam
I have personally gone to Lifetime for many years and have had such a great experience with the staff and doctors. Today I took my 9 month old son to Dr. Johnson and she did such an amazing job! She was polite, informative and interactive with my son. He even got a card to take to the local Dairy Queen to get a sweet treat(once he's old enough of course).

It has been a while since I had an eye check up, while I was in town I had decided to see if I was able to slip in for an appointment! Thankfully, I was able to get in to see Dr. Johnson. She was amazing! The way she handled my concerns, and worries due to some changes in vision, with the upmost confidence and reassurance she put my worries to rest.
