I was only here briefly to help a friend unload their storage unit. But the place looked nice. Gates are fully automated. Part of the available spaces are inside as opposed to being garage style outside. It looks well maintained. It felt safe to use this space.

If you have the ability to find another unit with a different company run there, don’t walk to Lifetime Storage. John is so unprofessional and always has been. He charged me an additional $25 because he told me to do ACH transfer then MINUTES later told me to stop the transfer and make the payment using a card🤣🤦♀️. As a new resident here you guys definitely lied, there’s no southern hospitality here.
We had our storage for several years and It was always safe with the security gate, and DRY! I had no damage whatsoever, and that was a big improvement over the last Storage place I used. I would highly recommend lifetime storage to all my friends and family because our experience with your facility has been great. Thank you John for Providing such a good service.
