If you have the ability to find another unit with a different company run there, don’t walk to Lifetime Storage. John is so unprofessional and always has been. He charged me an additional $25 because he told me to do ACH transfer then MINUTES later told me to stop the transfer and make the payment using a card🤣🤦♀️. As a new resident here you guys definitely lied, there’s no southern hospitality here.
We had our storage for several years and It was always safe with the security gate, and DRY! I had no damage whatsoever, and that was a big improvement over the last Storage place I used. I would highly recommend lifetime storage to all my friends and family because our experience with your facility has been great. Thank you John for Providing such a good service. Had several units here for over a year long. Excellent customer service from the owners. Gated facility. New build so no worries of leaks or anything of that nature. Highly recommended.
