Rich and his team were absolutely spot on with customer service. From the proposal to the delivery and setup - very smooth, easy to work with and really on point. If you are looking for a durable spa for the harsh new mexico area, the eco-spa model is for you. We bought the e3 model as it was a fit for us, plus I really like the hard cover for long life. If you have a chance swing by and chat with Rich, you won't be disappointed!
