Great product, kept me updated every step of the process.
We brushed up against a tree and tore our roof on our Cougar 5th wheel. After doing extensive research my husband called Lifetime RV Roof (happened to be 20 minutes from our house) Juli explained in detail the product and how everything worded including insurance claims etc. She was very very knowledgeable about the product and process.
