Great customer service.
Always helpful
The pharmacy front desk need help and training. They won't go into prescription details, because they are not well versed in that language, and prefer avoiding it by giving the parent a run around. They change the dosage math every month, seems every compounder uses a different math to arrive to the daily dosage. If you call them to explain, they are rude, and unkind. I spoke to one this morning, who cleary should consider another industry to work in.
