Dr. Tong and his staff are excellent. Feels like a small family when I walk in. The portal conversation is awesome. I give 6 out of 5 stars!!
Since our family doctor retired a few years ago, I had been hopping around from doctor to doctor trying to find someone just as good, well I found someone better. Dr. Tong is excellent, he does not rush thru the visit and listens to you, making you feel wellbeing is at the top of his list. His staff is even better, Bianca and Danielle treat you like family and make the experience that much better.
Great Dr. Easy to talk to, listens well, really cares about his patients.
I can honestly say as a fellow healthcare worker I appreciate Dr. Tongs manner and attention to detail. During my initial meeting he was thorough and listened quietly. As im writing this he is greeting patients himself first thing in the morning, which i have rarely seen, and greatly appreciate. If you are looking for a personable, friendly, attentive practice with a wonderful Doctor. This is your spot!
