⭐☆☆☆☆ I would not recommend this practice to anyone. My husband’s diabetes was misdiagnosed here, which is extremely concerning for a medical office that should be carefully reviewing labs and symptoms. What made the situation even worse was the lack of communication from the office. It is nearly impossible to get someone on the phone. Calls go unanswered or are not returned, which makes it very difficult when you need help with something time-sensitive like medication. Patient for almost 10 years. Spouse has also been a patient for several years. Dr. Kent is an amazing PCP. She takes her time with me at every appointment, stays on top of all my health issues, refers for tests/specialists when needed and is very thorough. Wonderful positive, proactive and encouraging attitude also. Highly recommend. Never a wait time. Great having lab on premises. Recent turnover of PA/NPs but hasn't really been a problem for me.
