They failed to honor the lifetime warranty they changed there name to Hybrid2go battery failed again after 5 months
I really am disappointed in the service and professionalism from this company. I initially got my battery from them last year in July and spent $2,500 and have had to have them come back 5xs already and still don’t have a working battery. My car shuts off in traffic which is totally dangerous and even though their site and lifetime warranty says they will come to you, I’m having a hard time getting someone to even call me back to schedule a tech to come service my battery after I was told I’d hear back from them the next day... read more
These scammers sold me a reconditioned hybrid battery in 2021, with the claim that they would replace it for life if it ever malfunctioned. Sounds too good to be true right? It was. Less than a year later, the battery broke down. I've tried calling, emailing and everything else. But it seems these criminals have gone out of business.
I purchased the hybrid battery from Lifetime Hybrid Batteries in January 2022 because of their claim of "lifetime warranty". It is now October 2022 and the hybrid battery has died. I called Lifetime Hybrid; they were out of business, their voicemails were full, their website was shut down and their shop is no longer open. Company shut down after guaranteeing a lifetime warranty. How dishonest now we are out $2700 because these people are nowhere to be found. I would be very careful about any other company that pops up offering a similar lifetime warranty... by the way the battery they installed lasted about 6 months
