Quick builders with flashy accessories to make the home appear luxury. However, the entire group of our homes have been all having the exact same problems occur around the same time (stucco, AC, flooring). They cut corners to save on cost. Avoid if possible.
Builder will neglect, object, and disappear after the one year warranty. Home build lacks qualit and integrity. Problems will materialize. Homeowners tried to form class action. This speaks volume. Prepare good amount of insurance if recently purchased home. Do research and ask previous homeowners. Large majority of homeowners will gladly provide pictures of repairs. Regretful owner
