We had used LifeTime Care services for a few years while my mom, who has Alzheimer's, stayed in her home. I cannot say enough good things about this company, they met all our needs as requested. If I had any questions or requests, Ross always responded promptly & looked after everything for me. I would definitely recommend this service. It definitely gave me piece of mind knowing my mom was being looked after when I could not be there.

Called to get some information and the person I spoke with was really rude and didn't want to give out any information. 0 stars for customer services.
Ross was able to help us out in a difficult situation, quickly finding a couple of home care attendants to help with my father with his daily medicine and treatment routines. His professionalism and the quality people he has working for him made a huge difference. The connection they were able to make with my father helped manage what could have been an antagonistic situation. Highly recommend Ross and LifeTime Home Care to help deal with difficult situations.
