Popped in without an appointment hoping to get some help with ear infection/wax removal — honestly didn’t expect much, but the team was amazing. I only spoke briefly to the receptionist but even that was such a pleasant experience, so easy to talk to and welcoming. And Gulesema, the audiologist — she was just incredible.
