called for a quote, which they were able to do over the phone - the receptionist was very friendly and professional. three days later I received the quote, about ten dollars less than double the price of three other quotes... absolutely mind-blowing, not even in the same ball park price wise... great initial communication, terrible price quote... shop around folks, plenty of other licenses, reputable, and more affordable options.
Well I would have given higher rating but the communication with the project manager was horrible this go around. The finished product is great. What keeps me from going lower is Jeremy. He was great to work with and I will say Heather was great to deal with as well. I will do future business with this company but will request for a different project manager. Lifetime Fence will be a lifetime vendor for us! We had a great experience with our sales rep, Brian. A true pro that showed up on time, provided a comprehensive quote at a reasonable price, and went above and beyond doing a few repairs to the fence for the young couple next door that just had their second baby, for free. The technicians did excellent work and we were very happy with the result. I highly recommend Ligetime Fence, you won't be disappointed!
It was a pleasure working with Lifetime Fence! They were great communicators from start to finish (Harry and Jeremy) and we are very happy with the final product. After the final walkthrough a few fixes were noted and the team came back promptly to repair. I would highly recommend them for your next fence project!
