First - the appointment notifications are awful for a family. Notifications are sent via text with no information about which person in the family is to be seen and when I call to figure it out, it takes several minutes. Secondly, they quarantined my daughter for 14 days following a negative Covid test and negative strep test. Thirdly, they would not see my husband in office following his hospitalization despite discharge orders to following up with PCP.
