While Jana was extremely kind and helpful, I couldn’t help but feel this place was deceptive. I asked them if they took my insurance, they assured me they did. I get to the office and next thing I know “you have to pay us $550 now and your insurance will mail you a reimbursement.” That’s not “taking” my insurance. I could have paid the money, but then I was concerned after the fact how much they were going to charge for a cavity or root canal. Lifetime Family Dental came highly recommended by two dear friends who had used their services, years ago. Since they were pleased with their results and pain relief during their procedures, I thought I'd give them a try. Jana was most helpful answering my initial questions over the phone and was able to schedule me for a consultation the next day. My husband had a badly infected wisdom tooth pulled there. He had to be sedated. My husband says he feels so much better and that's the best dentist he's ever been to. We HIGHLY recommend him. AAA+++

Dr Grudger & staff were phenomenal in all ways with my urgent dental sedation extraction!! In all of my 82 years there has been no equal to the overall excellence of this experience!!
