Very upset after today's visit. A payment on my balance was not calculated into my bill. It was mentioned in the exam room by the nursing assistant. I told her I didn't think the exam room was the place to discuss billing issues. Later I overheard Christina saying, very loudly, "Well she should apply to be office manager." I am very upset at the lack of professionalism with today's visit.
Mary and her whole staff are amazing.. never felt more comfortable at a Dr office in my life �
