Terrible experience !! I went to the location out in West Haven because I read amazing reviews. The staff are very friendly, however the issue I had was bigger than customer service. Dr. Walked in I seen he already had gloves on. So I watched his every move to see if he was going to switch them out before I said anything. When he reached for my face I asked if he could change his gloves. I honestly can not believe what he said next .. “ It’s not like I’m preforming surgery on you.” I stood shock.
