Excessive use of high pressure water Cut inside of lip
We are new to the practice but our experience so far has been wonderful. Scheduling has been easy and everyone from the front office to the dentist, hygienist and assistant have been kind and very communicative. My teen had 2 fillings done yesterday, everything went smoothly and he felt comfortable throughout the procedure.
Very professional, friendly, thorough, and comforting. Staff are very helpful and caring. Office is well kept.
My overall experience was OK, but I was disappointed in what I perceived as relatively primitive approach to taking images of my teeth, through the use of a hand-held camera and mirror. The hygienist struggled to make it all work, not to mention that I was tasked with holding awkward "cheek expanders" during the process. Is this modern dentistry?
