Husband had Horrible experience. In the lobby he was forgotten, while waiting the ladies at the front desk were mocking a patient that had just called about a broken tooth. Hygienist was great, but Dentist barely spoke to him, mocked him about his teeth and overall made him feel badly about something he should be helped with- thats why he is there afterall!! I really love this dentist love the people there very nice very professional, have been going there for years, called today to make an appointment. Receptionist said in a very business directed voice that I’ve missed two appointments in 2024 and was told I’m not allowed to come back until a $50 fee was paid . Me and my family have spent thousands of dollars with this dentist. I feel like that means nothing . I’m thinking maybe I I should think about going some where that thousands of dollars means something.
My regular dentist of 30yrs passed away. I needed work on a molar where the onlay failed. I got an appointment quickly. The office staff was welcoming and professional, made me feel at ease. Dr Dunning adviced I needed a crown. All work was done in the office and I was out in 2hrs. I had no pain during or after the procedure. The crown is perfect! This is now my new dental office!
