Great family business! Dr. Craig Wernette does an outstanding job and is always able to squeeze an appointment for me when I come back from school.
I got in for a really good price, seemed to have my whole mouth cleaned, only to be told I needed a second cleaning for full price. I did not make another appointment. I checked with a hygienist and a dentist within a month of my visit. They both said there was nothing they could see worthy of a second visit. When I wrote to the dentist about my experience, his letter back supported his hygienist. Apparently at dental college they don't learn about customer service.
