Absolutely the worse experience I have ever had. They claimed they never received the insurance payment and no correspondence was ever received from Lifetime to me regarding the situation. Until 15 months later when the issue showed up on my credit report. Very mean spirited and unprofessional in my opinion. They were paid in full and still will not retract the inaccurate claim, unbelievable! Beware!
Don't expect any follow through - my wife went there, paid them over $1,500 and they never filed for our insurance reimbursement; they only filed for themselves.
