Daniel and his Lifetime Chimney Team re-built, added a chimney liner, repaired, sealed and waterproof treated our chimney, back in 2013. Yesterday Daniel honored his 'Forever Warranty' agreement by inspecting, repairing, sealing and waterproof treating for a second time, over 10 1/2 years later. I highly recommend Lifetime Chimney for all their custom chimney repair services.
Daniel was fantastic. They were professional and did an outstanding job on a chimney rebuild with a liner installed. I am very happy. I highly recommend this company. They were fast and efficient too. Very easy to work with.
Appointment was made for routine chimney cleaning to be performed. No one from Lifetime Chimneys showed up or called when service was to be performed. I called them later the same day--no answer. Left message on machine. Four days later I called and again left message. Later that day they called back and stated service tech had become ill. I can understand someone suddenly becoming ill, but to not call and explain for four days is unacceptable customer service.
