Not only has Mark installed multiple electric shades for us, but he has also proven invaluable in giving us advice for shades previously installed by others. He actually did troubleshooting for us via text and video on a problem with an older outdoor electric shade and his advice was spot on. He has a good eye and is very precise about his installations. Lifetime Blinds of LaQuinta has now installed a total of 19 blinds (window, black out, and sliding door) in my Palm Springs home over the past few years. And, I would call them back to do a couple of more blinds in my casita if they would only return my calls. Sadly, I haven’t heard back from them in more than a year. Mark/the owner is reliable, and like other product providers the post-pandemic supply chain has impacted his business as well at the moment (Feb 2023).
