Caring providers and clean environment.
I went in thinking my pet probably just had allergies. It turned out to be allergies and an ear infection. What upset me most was being charged $200 for a steroid injection “so the medicine would work faster” without being told the cost beforehand. At checkout, I was shocked to find the total bill was over $600. I was never given clear pricing or options before treatment, and I felt taken advantage of. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this clinic.
Lifetime Animal Center is absolutely wonderful! The staff are kind, compassionate, and truly dedicated to the well-being of every animal. The facility is clean, welcoming, and you can tell the animals are well cared for. Whether you’re adopting, volunteering, or just stopping by, this is a place filled with love and care. Highly recommend supporting them!
My dog became ill suddenly and I called them and brought my dog up to them for emergency care. Care was discussed with the pricing for what they planned on doing. They said they did a bunch of other stuff without discussing it with me first and ended up charging me way more money then we had discussed. I wouldn't want stuff done to my kid nor my dog without it being discussed with me first and they failed to tell me what was being done and ok it with me first. Lifetime took care of our pets for many years and we could not say enough wonderful things about the team that cared for them. We are no longer there only because we moved but if we returned to Warrensburg we would return to Lifetime. Thank you for many years of wonderful love and caring ❤️
